ALL MERCHANDISE OFFERED ONLINE IS STRICTLY SOLD ONLINE ONLY. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Sales tax is charged only to states where has a physical presence. Currently this is only Florida.

No Refunds, Exchanges Only!!!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unusual case that you find an item not up to your expectations, please return the unused item within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Please give us a call at 786-955-9979 for an RMA #. Once you receive your RMA # you may ship the item(s) to 513 west 49th St. Hialeah, Fl 33012. Merchandise bought through cannot be returned at any of our retail stores.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON: Shoes, Accessories, Underwear, Lingerie, Hand Bags, Swimwear, Bodysuits and Clearance Items (Final Sale). All other items will be eligible for exchange, or be given a online store credit. Your online store credit will be available & will be emailed to you once your items have been processed. Store Credits expire 1 year from the purchased date. If an item is returned and free shipping was received, half of the shipping fee will be deducted from the online store credit. Merchandise purchased at may be returned only by mail to the address below. Remember to include the following in your return package (failure to include all of the following will delay processing of your refund or exchange): Merchandise with original packaging (unworn & unused), a quick letter stating what you what you would like to exchange the item(s), & its original packaging.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.Exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out or no longer available. If we are  unable to process an exchange, you will be given a store credit for the items returned.
